Road2Forex provides trading education, mentorship, and related digital services. We do not provide financial advice. All content is for educational purposes only.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). By purchasing, you agree to pay the full agreed amount.

4. Refund Policy

Clients are eligible for a refund within the first 7 days OR before completing 3 lessons (whichever comes first).

After this point:

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

All lessons are recorded and stored as proof of service delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Engage respectfully

  • Not share or redistribute any course material, recordings, or proprietary content

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided (videos, lessons, strategies, indicators, documents) remains the intellectual property of Road2Forex and may not be shared, copied, or resold.

7. Results Disclaimer

We do not guarantee results. Past performance (including win rates) is not indicative of future results.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to services without refund if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Abusive or inappropriate behaviour occurs

9. Limitation of Liability

Road2Forex is not liable for any financial losses incurred as a result of using our services.
